The Mumbai Police have arrested four school students for allegedly gangraping a girl and posting her video on WhatsApp.
According to the police, the four boys had called the girl home two weeks back on pretext of helping her with studies and allegedly raped her the same day.
The boys also threatened to circulate the video if she revealed the incident to anyone.
The incident came to light after the circulated video reached the victim’s aunt, who then filed a complaint. All four accused have been sent to correctional homes and a case has been registered under POSCO Act.
