Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao hints Telangana state budget would be anywhere around Rs 1.60 lakh crore by 2019. He stated Telangana was a developed state even before merger of AP and that’s the reason visionaries like KV Reddy (former Deputy CM) have opposed it.
