A Volvo bus which was on the way to Channai to Hyderabad caught fire on yesterday mid-night near Chagallu of Ulavapadu Mandal in Prakasham district.As per the reports the bus belongs to Praveen travels. All the passengers escaped safely with no injuries.There was no time for passengers to take their belongings. With in no time the fire was spread all over the bus.
All the passengers are in shock .It was happened when they are in deep sleep. According to one of the passengers named Kalyani who married recently ,lost every thing including her Pattu sarees , lacs valuable Gold ornaments and her important documents. All the passengers luggage got burnt consisting of laptops,mobiles ,clothes, etc..
As per the passengers reports , the passengers escaped the fire due to one of the back seat lady passengers alarmed the driver.The passengers called the travel agency for rescue bus they did not satisfy with their response.
It is an alarming situation in Volvo buses transportation .The authorities must pass strict rules to avoid transportation of any explosive goods in the public transport.
