Due to the action of a strange smoker on Thursday a major fire accident took place at a site adjacent Indira Park along the Lower Tank Bund Road.
With reference to the available information, due to cigarette the fire caught to a load of tree branches which were chopped ahead of the Ganesh immersion last year and dumped at a site adjacent Indira Park along the Lower Tank Bund Road. The fire initiated at about 5.30 pm and spread across the dumping yard. At about the same time, a minor fire was reported inside KBR Park, opposite TRS Bhavan.
