Controversial ‘godwoman’ Radhe Maa is generating reams of headlines and, in a natural progression of sorts, a Bollywood producer reportedly wants to make a film about her. Ranjeet Sharma, the same filmmaker who is producing a film about Salman Khan’s 72 hours in a Jodhpur jail in 2006, told that he has cast actress Mallika Sherawat in the lead in a planned biopic of the colourful and newsworthy Radhe Maa.
Except that Mallika herself says she isn’t playing the self-proclaimed godwoman. In several tweets a few days ago, the 38-year-old actress vehemently denied she had signed to be the screen version of Radhe Maa.
She denied the news by tweeting as “NOT TRUE !! Pls don’t spread false stories without checking facts!!.”
