After attending the Niti Aayog meeting in New Delhi on Sunday, AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said , the newly state AP was facing fund scarcity and recalled the assurance made by the previous UPA government on the floor of Parliament that it would hand-hold the State till a level-playing field was achieved. Post-bifurcation, there has been a 35 per cent revenue shortfall and the State was subsequently hit by Hudhud cyclone.
Further, theCM also added that because of lack of time he was not able to give a written document on NITI Aayog but a detailed paper would be furnished in two to three days.
He expressed his wish that the NITI Ayog would give positive result, as it followed good practices.
