Rajasthan breeze past Hyderabad in National T20 Championship

untitledRajasthan comfortably beat Hyderabad by 86 runs in a Super League group B match of the National T20 Championship for the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, here today.

Batting first, Rajasthan scored a healthy 183 for seven in 20 overs and then bowled out Hyderabad for 97 in 18.3 overs.

Rajasthan innings’ foundation was formed by an 82 run opening stand between Satyaprakash Suwalka, who scored 32-ball-50 (9×4) while Abhimanyu Lamba smashed 44 off 32 balls with two fours and three sixes.

In reply, left-arm paceman Aniket Chaudhary (3/10) was the most successful bowler while part-time left-arm spinner Ashok Menaria had figures of 2/18 to show for his efforts.
