The Bengaluru police have lodged an FIR against Tamil film actor Rajnikanth’s wife Latha Rajinikanth, in an alleged case of forgery, declaration of false statements and using of false evidence and cheating.
The court ordered a case to be filed against her on the basis of a private complaint filed against Latha Rajnikanth and 3 others in relation to the post production work of ‘Kochadaiyaan’ which was directed by Rajinikanth’s younger daughter Soundarya R. Ashwin and featured Rajinikanth and Deepika Padukone.
Latha was accused by one of the commissioned producers of the film of double selling the rights of the film in November last year.
