Kishore Kumar Pardasani directed the film Gopala Gopala which featured Pawan and Venkatesh for the first time. The film has mixed openings and it has crossed 30 crore mark recently. Eventhough it come to have average reviews, star power and festive season became a significant reward for this movie. Inspite of Gopala Gopala released four days before I, the latter did worry the distributors after registering highest opening for a dubbed Telugu film. Vikram’s film collected nearly Rs.10 crore on release day in Andhra Pradesh.
According to the reports, as per their prior agreement with producers, Pawan will be getting 22 crores share while Venkatesh will be getting 7 crores as his remuneration.
Suresh Babu is keep quiet about the collections and he is happy with the film’s performance at the box-office. Collections have dropped drastically after the festive season across all the areas in both Telangana and Andhra.
