Hansika is well known for her philanthropic activities. She provides support for the education of 25 underprivileged children and also takes care of the medical needs of 10 women affected with breast cancer. She is the brand Ambassador of ‘Chennai turns Pink’, an awareness program to create breast cancer awareness among urban women.
Recently, to provide shelter for her adopted kids and elderly ,Hansika Motwani, bought one acre of land in Mumbai. This property is on the city’s outskirts near Wada.Hansika says, “Yes, I’ve been trying to acquire property for quite some time and I have finally managed to get it. I purchased the land 4-5 months back. It’s a one and a half hour journey from the city and I find the place pretty and tranquil, and just the kind of place I have been looking for.
