First time in the politics the call centre is started by TDP

Nara Lokesh  on Friday launched a call centre at TDP office here to receive any complaints from the party workers.Mr. Lokesh, the coordinator of TDP Workers Welfare Fund, on Friday launched a call centre at TDP office here to receive any complaints from the party workers.He announced that this was the first time that a political party has started a call centre exclusively for its workers. He said 22 people would work for this call centre for 12 hours from 8 am daily to receive calls from workers on 7306299999. “They will be available to solve any problems of workers” .

In the matter of enrolment of 54 lakh members, he said membership drive was only the foundation. The responsibility of the party towards the workers begins now. He said the party would always stand by the cadre and the call centre was the first step in this path way. Before Sankranthi, each party worker would be given membership card with the helpline number  on its back. He said insurance coverage also came into effect for the members since the New Year. In the case of death of two workers in road accidents in Telangana State, he told their family would be paid the insurance claim within 10 days.
